CALIBRATING LINE
The lower/upper sanding calibration lines are machines mainly dedicated to large companies in the wood industry for processing both sides of the piece in a single passage of the machine. Doubling of productivity with the integration of a structure with lower groups and one with upper groups in a single machine solution.

WIDE BELT SANDERS
The calibrating and sanding machine is used in the processing of the wooden piece in order to calibrate and/or sand the latter with the result of making it smooth and ready for a possible finish. The calibration phase allows to reduce the thickness of the panel by removing a layer and making it perfectly straight; sanding instead makes the surface completely smooth. Both phases are carried out by passing the piece underneath abrasive belts which are more or less hard depending on how much material is to be removed and the type of wood to be worked.

SANDING LINE
The sanding lines are available in various settings and are created to allow the sanding of straight or shaped pieces; indicated to be positioned in line behind moulders connected to these by conveyor belt. The sanding line allows obtaining a finished product since it consists of transversal abrasive belts: one/two upper-lower pairs and one/two right-left pairs. 4 oscillating abrasive pneumatic sleeves: one upper-lower pair and one right-left. 1/2 orbital rotary sander for edge sanding.

ORBITAL SANDER
The orbital sander has been designed to perform the sanding of straight, curved and shaped elements, with a round, oval section, etc. with variable thickness, of chairs, bed, tables and similar. It is also used for chamfering corners on square or flat wooden elements. The processing takes place by means of two opposing abrasive belts, which adhere to the surface of the workpiece and perform a revolving movement around it.
